KOC Sound System- Quality Manager chennai 9 - 14 years INR 7.5 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Establish, implement, and monitor the organizations Quality Assurance (QA) programs to meet internal and customer requirements. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO/IATF standards. Conduct internal audits as an IATF-certified internal auditor , ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Lead and coordinate quality control activities , including inspection, testing, and defect analysis to maintain product standards. Manage vendor quality performance , including supplier audits, corrective action plans, and quality improvement initiatives. Handle customer quality issues by analyzing complaints, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Must have experience in Korean company and directly handled customer complaint. Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA). Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.) . Experience in supplier/vendor quality management and audits. Hands-on experience with customer quality handling (complaints, audits, PPAP approvals). Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor with strong audit and compliance expertise. Familiarity with quality tools and software (Minitab, SAP QM, MS Excel/ERP).

KOC Sound System- R&D Design Manager chennai 8 - 13 years INR 8.0 - 9.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Design and develop automotive components and systems in line with R&D and project requirements. Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CATIA and Creo . Conduct design feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and simulations to ensure functionality and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, testing, procurement) to support prototype development and product validation. Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications. Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve product designs. Support innovation initiatives by contributing new concepts and engineering solutions. Preferred candidate profile Strong expertise in Automobile Designing and product development. Proficiency in CATIA (Part, Assembly, Drafting, Surface Design) . Proficiency in Creo (Parametric Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, Sheet Metal) . Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, and design validation . Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes (casting, machining, plastics, sheet metal). Basic knowledge of CAE/simulation tools (optional but valuable).
