Job Description

Oversee IT Services knowledge content, ensuring timely reviews, effective task management, and prompt remediation of outdated or incorrect information, in line with defined standards and policies.
Identify engage and educate Product Experts on Knowledge Management best practices and continuous delivery.
Serve as a primary point of contact and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, acting as a role model to support their development and growth.
Continuous improvement of the knowledge database based on internally policy, knowledge consumption metrics and client feedback.

Skills and attributes for success

Good knowledge of IT Services functions and ITIL.
Solid presentation skills, and an ability to influence an audience of technical experts of content quality.
Possess an innovative mindset, open to share new ideas and work comfortably within global teams

Ideally, you ll also have

A KCS Certification
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation training, or higher level of ITIL Certification.
Experience with data summarization and visualization tools
Understanding of Agile methodology.

An eye for quality and the ability to work proactively.
Excellent communication skills
A team player, able to self-motivate and motivate others in a global/virtual environment.
