Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Knowledge Management Associate, based in Gurugram with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves organizing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's knowledge base to ensure effective information management and sharing. Responsibilities include developing strategies for knowledge capture, facilitating knowledge sharing among teams, analyzing data for optimization opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows and access to relevant information.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize knowledge assets
  • Excellent Communication skills for facilitating collaboration and disseminating information
  • Expertise in Information Management and structuring data effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant knowledge management tools and software
  • Experience in a technology or communications services field will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Communications, or Business Administration
