Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Knitting Master, located in Ludhiana. The Knitting Master will be responsible for overseeing the knitting production process, ensuring quality control, managing the knitting team, and maintaining machinery. Duties also include monitoring inventory levels, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in knitting production processes and machinery maintenance
• Proficient in quality control and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Cotton Spandex, Polyester Spandex, and other knitted fabrics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
• Technical diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, or related field
