Role Overview: As a Knitting Master at Dhown Hosiery Mills, your main responsibility will be overseeing the knitting production process with a focus on quality control and team management. Located in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in maintaining machinery, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments to meet production targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the knitting production process to ensure high-quality fabric production - Manage and lead the knitting team, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for efficient production - Maintain and service knitting machinery to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in knitting production processes and machinery maintenance - Proficiency in quality control procedures and troubleshooting technical issues - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of Cotton Spandex, Polyester Spandex, and other types of knitted fabrics - Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with different departments - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently - Experience in the textile industry would be advantageous - Technical diploma or degree in Textile Engineering or a related field is preferred,
