Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled KloudGin Field Services Management (FSM) Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the KloudGin platform to optimize our field service operations. Candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities : Development and Configuration: • Design, develop, configure, and customize KloudGin FSM modules and features according to business requirements. • Develop and configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within the KloudGin platform. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Conduct thorough analysis of requirements and identify potential solutions within the KloudGin platform. • Document requirements and specifications clearly and concisely. Integration and Testing: • Design and develop integrations between KloudGin FSM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, GIS). • Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Identify and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner. Deployment and Support: • Participate in the deployment and go-live of KloudGin FSM solutions. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for KloudGin FSM implementations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the KloudGin platform. Documentation and Training: • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of KloudGin. Continuous Improvement: • Stay up-to-date with the latest KloudGin FSM features and functionalities. • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and solutions. • Contribute to the development of best practices for KloudGin FSM development and implementation. Preferred Qualifications: • KloudGin certifications. • Experience integrating KloudGin with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce). • Experience with mobile application development. • Understanding of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
