Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and statutory requirements. Oversee EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESI Act (Employee State Insurance) processes, including registration, contributions, and returns filing. Ensure timely payroll processing and adherence to labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages etc. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave management, and other HR-related activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to labour welfare.

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with various labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, Pollution Control Board regulations, etc. Manage industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with employees, unions, and government authorities. Handle statutory compliances including filing of returns with relevant authorities on time. Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence to company policies.

1. Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively. 2. Plan and share daily packing plan with co-ordination with various department. 3. Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging and monitor inventory for warehouse and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same. 4. Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all employees and monitor all packing equipments. 5. Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both blending and packaging department and ensure continuous improvement in same. 6. Manage all work according to packing schedule and maintain an inventory of materials and completion with required time frame. 7. Develop team environment in department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with quality department. 8 Coordinate with Factory manager and evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes and provide necessary training and counselling to employees as per requirement. 9. Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. 10. Ensure Quality, Food safety, health and environment requirement at shop floor. 11. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times during manufacturing. 12. Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects. 13. Prepare and follow the PM schedule of the various packing equipment. 14. Ensure all the packing machine meet the safety requirement prior to start operation. 15. Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform packing activities. 16. Assign daily workload to team members. 17. To coordinate in preparation of SOPs , Validation Protocol with quality and engineering department. 18. Conduct training and educate people at site. 19. Ensure waste minimization, safely collection and stored properly for further process. 20. Responsible to report problem(s) with regards to the FSSC to QA Manager and Factory manager. 21. Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives. 22. 22. Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. 23. 23. Organize on-job trainings to team members to achieve production goals. 24. 24. Investigate production issues and develop resolutions. 25. 25. Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements to achieve target. 26. 26. Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards. 27. 27. Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation. Authorities: 1. To review and act on production plan/schedule. 2. Approve the work instruction on the safety and maintenance of the machines. 3. To review packing records periodically. 4. To review and interact with stores & purchases.

Will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, including the development and implementation of quality assurance policies, conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The individual will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions, and providing training to staff on quality standards. Skilled in handling in analysis, documentation, and conducting internal audits, resulting in enhanced process efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards such as FSSAI, Factory Act, State PCB, FSSC 22000, IMS, NABL, and other industry-specific requirements. Expertise in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (QMS, EMS, OHSAS).
