Italian Hot Kitchen Employee:
This role is more focused on cooking and preparing Italian food, especially hot dishes like:
Pasta
Pizza
Risotto
Grilled or roasted
Sauces (like Bolognese, Alfredo, Marinara)
Cooking pasta, pizza, and other hot Italian dishes.
Using ovens, grills, and fryer.
Maintaining hygiene and food safety.
Managing kitchen orders and timing.
Helping with menu preparation.
Overall Role: To cook and present authentic Italian hot dishes as per the restaurant standards.
