Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Unload and store food supplies properly. Dispose of garbage and clean trash bins regularly. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety regulations. Assist with plating and serving food when required. Perform other duties as directed by kitchen supervisors or chefs. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and busy environment. Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
