At Folds by Mo, we are creating a signature culinary experience that blends Himalayan heritage with modern storytelling. We are seeking passionate chefs who can bring innovation and creativity to our fold-inspired cuisine—experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation, while preserving authenticity at the core. This role offers the opportunity to shape a diverse and evolving menu that celebrates both tradition and innovation across categories such as momos, dumplings, baos, siddu, and beyond.

Role: Kitchen Helper

Experience- 1 - 2 Years.

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with basic prep work, including chopping, washing, cleaning, and packing
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Be willing to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in Restaurant or Cloud Kitchen is a plus.
Should be hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
