Kitchen Designer & Store Manager

We are looking for a talented, customer-focused Kitchen Designer & Store Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day showroom operations. You will be responsible for helping customers design their dream kitchens while ensuring the showroom runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing expert product knowledge and design guidance
• Create professional kitchen designs and layouts based on customer needs, measurements, and budgets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed design presentations
• Manage the daily operations of the showroom, including display maintenance and inventory oversight
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inspiring showroom environment
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and company teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Train and supervise showroom staff (if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in kitchen design, interior design, or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and design trends
• Ability to use design software (e.g., CAD, 3D design programs) is an advantage
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer-service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
