Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Cooking

Prepare and cook Indian and North Indian dishes according to standard recipes
Assist in mise-en-place and ensure ingredients are prepped for service
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

Kitchen Operations

Support in day-to-day kitchen activities and ensure timely execution
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen area
Follow food safety protocols and internal SOPs strictly

Team Support

Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist where needed
Help in packing and dispatching orders if required

Compliance and Discipline

Follow proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards
Adhere to shift timings, including break shifts if assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant kitchen experience (freshers welcome)
Basic understanding of Indian and North Indian cuisine
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Willingness to learn, take instructions, and work as part of a team
Openness to work in break shifts if required
