Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support chefs and kitchen staff in day-to-day operations. The role involves food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow during meal service. Key Responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, peeling, chopping vegetables) Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times Wash utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Organize ingredients and cooking tools for chefs Dispose of kitchen waste properly and safely Refill stock and supplies when required Support in plating and serving food when needed Follow all health and safety guidelines and kitchen rules Required Skills & Qualifications: 10th pass or above Prior kitchen or hotel experience preferred, but not essential Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Soft Skills: Punctual and responsible Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player Fast and efficient worker We are looking for Kitchen staff for our cafe who can help in cooking and managing the counter.
