About the Role

Sea Shells Beach Resort is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations at our Agatti 1 and Kavaratti 1 properties. The role mainly involves pre-preparation work to ensure the kitchen is fully ready before the Chef arrives, helping maintain smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with all pre-preparation activities, including:
• Cutting and chopping vegetables
• Cleaning and preparing raw materials
• Portioning ingredients as required
• Ensure all necessary items are prepared in advance before the Chef arrives
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and preparation areas
• Wash and organize utensils, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist during service hours if required
• Support basic stock handling and organization
• Follow instructions given by the Chef and kitchen supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
