Kindergarten Teacher

Kindle cubs is a preschool rooted in Japanese style of Pre –Schooling and a unique blend of Montessori andReggio Emilia’s approach.

We are seeking a compassionate, creative and energetic montessori teacher to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for the children age group 2 to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for implementing age -appropriate lesson plans,managing daily classroom activities and communicating with parents as per school policies.
• Implement montessori based curriculum that meets the developmental needs and interest of each child.
• Prepare and maintain a stimulating clean and orderly environment.
• Supervise children during all activities, including play and meal time.
• Observe ,guide children in the classroom,facilitating their learning experiences and fostering self- directed exploration.
• Conduct observation and assessment of Students.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to develop a strong consistent educational frame work
• Participate in school activities,meetings and trainings to stay updated with montesssori principles and best practices

Qualification and Skills:

Education: Should be NTT certified

Experience:Minimum experience in teaching preferred

Communication: Good communication skills required
