Responsibilities:

• Support the professional management and operation of the Kindergarten for

  1-6 year olds

• Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and Kindergarten management
• Full-time position with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch

Key Skills We Seek:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education/ Psychology/ Human Development
• Passion for the Early Childhood space and enjoyment of working with young children
• Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills
• Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach
• Strong interest or working knowledge in Early Childhood Learning
• Ability and willingness to adapt foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture
• Desire to be involved in building a Kindergarten from the ground up
• Dynamic, service-minded, and capable of working independently
