You must be able to:

Within 2–4 weeks:

• The child attempts reading independently

• Parents clearly understand what their child is learning
• Sessions feel calm, structured, and productive
• The child looks forward to class

You are expected to:

• Write

  clear, specific lesson notes

  after every class
• Share what improved, what’s still hard, and what’s next
• Communicate professionally and clearly

Generic notes like “Good session today” are unacceptable.

• High reliability and punctuality (US time zones)

• Experience with US curriculum or US students

• Confident use of visuals, stories, and interactive tools

• You prefer older students
• You rely on long explanations

• You expect children to “sit and listen”
• You want a low-energy or passive role
