About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Kidswear Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a NIFT graduate with a keen eye for trends, silhouettes, and detailing specific to kidswear. You will be responsible for end-to-end design development—from concept to final product

Key Responsibilities:

• Research global trends, fabrics, and colors relevant to kidswear.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and detailed tech packs.
• Develop seasonal collections aligning with brand aesthetics and market demand.
• Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, and production teams for design execution.
• Ensure functionality, comfort, and safety in all kidswear designs.
• Present design ranges and manage approvals with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in kidswear design (girls, boys, or infants).
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from NIFT (mandatory).
• Strong sketching, visualization, and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of fabric types, trims, and kidswear fits.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
