Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the service team at Royal Motors @KIA Gwalior, an authorized KIA dealership. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and satisfying vehicle servicing experience.

The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer appointments, explaining service needs, coordinating with technicians, and delivering vehicles back to satisfied customers. This role plays a key part in building long-term customer relationships and promoting brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers arriving for service or repairs.
  • Understand customer concerns and vehicle issues; recommend appropriate services.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with any work.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress and any unforeseen issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service history and compliance with warranty procedures.
  • Promote and upsell additional services and genuine Kia parts/accessories.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, new service offerings, and company promotions.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership (preferably with experience in Kia or similar brands).
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and service procedures.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and/or DMS (Dealer Management System).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
