Operations Manager / Sr. Manager, or Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality

Industry Experience (past 3 years):

E-commerce, Fintech, Quick Commerce, NBFC, Banking, or BPO Service Providers

Function Experience:

Customer Service, Sales, or Collections

About the Role

You will work closely with a handful of our most important clients—helping them extract maximum value from TransMon, supporting their growth plans, and representing their needs internally across product, tech, and customer success.

Your job is to become the person they trust when they’re planning something big—someone who understands their goals deeply and brings the right people together to solve real problems.
