Key Relationship officer

You will be a front line officer working in the Sales department, responsible for visiting channels and direct partners to source home loan files. Your main tasks will include bringing in and logging the files, as well as ensuring they are forwarded to the credit team for screening. It will be your responsibility to scan the local market to identify potential customers. This role primarily focuses on customer acquisition and engagement, involving a blend of direct sales and working through connectors or networks. You will be eligible for an incentive structure based on target achievement, with incentives even reaching up to 75% of the target. Candidates with experience in selling insurance will also be considered. A key requirement for this role is the willingness and intent to engage in sales activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule consisting of day and morning shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person.,
