Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Visit merchants, sellers, and business partners on a regular basis.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the business.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales is preferred.

• Experience in e-commerce field sales will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

• Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.

• Should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers:

  3.4 LPA

• Experienced:

  3.6 LPA

• Incentives:

  Unlimited performance-based incentives.

Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Shift: Fixed day shifts.
• Role: Field-based sales.
