Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote diagnostic services and increase test referrals.
• Identify and acquire new healthcare accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Diagnostics, Pathology, Healthcare, Hospital Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Devices, or related industries.
• Experience in doctor engagement, business development, territory management, and account handling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets and work independently.
• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Education:

• Any Graduate
