We're Hiring for Customer Sevice / TeleSales roles at NCR location!

Location - Noida , Gurgaon

Position : Customer service / Telesales

6 days working with rotational week off

Salary : 1.75 LPA - 3 LPA (Based on last drawn salary)

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries
Assist customers with product/service information
Manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience
