Role Overview You are a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of making a significant impact beyond your immediate area. As a mentor to your peers, you consistently introduce best practices and drive exceptional performance across the region. Key Responsibilities - Successfully complete all mandatory training programs and product certifications. - Engage with oncology healthcare professionals to provide them with scientific information on approved indications, efficacy, and safety for supporting appropriate on-label use. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory-specific strategies and business plans aimed at exceeding sales targets and call execution goals. - Achieve strong sales performance and ensure that sales forecasts and budgets are consistently met or exceeded. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the territory's market landscape, customer demographics, and managed care environment. - Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, especially in interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.
