Key Account Manager

Location- Ludhiana

CTC to be offered- 18 LPA

Must have experience into Home textiles.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    • 4 years in key account management or international sales,

      mandatory - Home Textiles

      .
    • Proven track record of managing large accounts across multiple regions.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts across the UK, EU, and ROW regions. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning account strategies with overall business objectives. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact for key clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth

    • Develop and execute account plans for key clients in UK, EU, and ROW regions.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within existing accounts.
    • Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Strategic Planning

    • Analyze market trends and client needs to propose tailored solutions.
    • Contribute to regional sales strategies and provide insights for business development.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of account activities, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems.
  • Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure adherence to regional regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare regular reports on account performance, market developments, and competitor activities.

  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage complex client requirements.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Languages:

    English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus.
