Key Accounts Executive- Ecommerce Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, especially Q-COM 2. Optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, and images to improve visibility, SEO performance, and customer engagement 3. Monitor product availability (OSA) across platforms to avoid out-of-stock situations 4. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment and reduce PO delivery TAT 5. Support implementation of digital marketing and online sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and conversion 6. Ensure adherence to platform guidelines and best practices for content, pricing, and promotions 7. Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports Requirements: 1. Demonstrate strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Q-COM 2. Show proficiency in MS Excel 3. Possess working knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies 4. Maintain a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills 5. Collaborate effectively across functions, especially with supply chain and operations teams 6.
