Key Account Manager (Web Development)

As a dedicated Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain our clients" accounts and act as the main point of contact for them. You will be tasked with handling inquiries and requests from customers and ensuring that their needs are promptly addressed. It will be essential to stay on top of the accounts, ensuring that the services provided are within the clients" budgets and meeting their requirements. Collaboration with other team members will be key to your success. Regular meetings will be held to discuss progress and brainstorm new strategies to enhance business operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating progress reports to update clients and senior management within the organization. Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals will also be part of your responsibilities.
