Job Description

Role Overview: Galderma is a leading dermatology company, operating in around 90 countries, with a focus on providing innovative and science-based dermatological products and services. The company is committed to meeting the needs of consumers and patients by offering a premium portfolio of brands in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. Galderma's mission is to advance dermatology for every skin story, with a strong emphasis on empowering employees and promoting personal growth. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales budgets for the region and recommend sales objectives and strategies to the Business Unit Head. - Submit accurate sales forecasts monthly. - Ensure effective communication of product information in clinics by consistently practicing and learning. - Create individual customer business growth plans based on important customer information. - Participate in strategic planning for the region and understand account goals. - Maintain set visit frequencies for doctors and ensure excellent coverage and call averages. - Drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, medical training activities, and adherence to SOPs. - Collaborate with key accounts to develop them as users and provide feedback on promotions and campaigns. - Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand advocacy. - Work closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and ensure optimal territory coverage. - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and relevant business matters. - Participate in personal development and training sessions. - Analyze competition, product usage, and activities at accounts on a monthly basis. Qualifications: - Engage in B2B discussions and provide solutions based on specific business needs. - Understand product clinical needs and differentiate between competing products. - Align cross-functional teams on customer needs and account objectives. - Network extensively within the organization and across functions and levels. - Educational background in Science (BSc, B.Pharma, MBA desired). - Minimum 6 years of continuous experience in selling Aesthetic Dermatology products and medical devices.,
