Key Account Manager GT - Associate

The role requires you to focus on the growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. You will be responsible for increasing visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and driving the sale of the product. Your key tasks will include identifying and recruiting a sales team to align with the business goals, planning the market size, span, and geographies for Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives, and devising effective communication methods to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap within the team. Monitoring quality parameters as per management suggestions and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales will also be part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to identify and engage potential clients by expanding and leveraging your professional network. Experience in B2B field sales, cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation will be beneficial. A good understanding of Technology and User Experience, along with strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills are essential. You should also have a willingness to experiment and continuously improve. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above to be considered for this position.
