Business management role with over responsibility of building strategy to deliver entire P&L and enable the execution of strategy.
Leveraging the portfolio of brands and leaning on the marketing & financial strategy
Preparation and execution of Emerging Asia GTR strategy to deliver executional and financial performance goals for the region
Management of a team of 38 Brand Ambassadors, overall supervision of the region and direct responsibility for management of Key Accounts
Monthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure the achievement of company goals
Lead the strategy and agenda on Brand Ambassador efficiency and optimization across all relevant markets, coaching and developing team to lead to brilliant execution of the BA plan
Coaching and developing team to deliver a step change in executional improvements across all key sales drivers to ensure SGS brands are winning at the Point of Purchase
Lead trading terms and price negotiations and implement changes with Key Customers
Develop annual in-store promotional plans across brand activation platforms, marketing and price investment to deliver on established brand objectives
Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion and Persuasion) at Key Account and store level
Train and educate buying teams and in store sales staff (including BAs) on our brand portfolios
Understand market dynamics, market trends and competitor activity and utilize this information to develop plans that assist in Suntory winning in the marketplace
Work collaboratively with the Domestic team to deliver on the best overall outcomes for Suntory Global Spirits, aligning brand and pricing priorities where possible.
