Key Account Manager E-COMMERCE

As a Key Account Manager - Lingerie- E-commerce, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. Your role will involve having a profound understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent communication skills, and the capability to devise and execute successful sales strategies. You will be expected to manage and enhance relationships with key e-commerce clients, formulate and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery, analyze market trends and competitor strategies, and provide regular reports on account performance. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector. A successful track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships is essential, along with a solid grasp of e-commerce dynamics and trends. Additionally, you must demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
