Role Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing the bank’s deposit base, and providing complete banking support to assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers using available leads and by engaging with the families of existing clients.
• Grow the bank’s deposit portfolio (CASA/FD) by nurturing and developing strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Promote and sell banking and partner products including Life & General Insurance, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, supporting them with all their banking and financial service requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with mapped clients through calls or meetings to ensure service satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
• Contribute to various sales and marketing campaigns run by the bank.
• Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Must have: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
• Preferred: Post-Graduate in Finance or Commerce.

Work Experience

• Must have: Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector.
