Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing account performance. Also, responsibilities include identifying opportunities for account growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

• Experience in Business Planning and developing strategies for account growth
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
