Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Pune. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing account performance. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and ensure their IT transformation goals are met.

• Account Management, Key Accounts, and Business Planning skills
• Analytical Skills for understanding and improving account performance
• Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in IT systems and solutions integration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
