*Job Title*: Key Account Executive (International Clients)
*Job Summary*:
The Key Account Executive will manage relationships with international clients, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service delivery. This role focuses on client satisfaction and coordination without sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities*:
Act as the primary contact for international clients, maintaining strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and service delivery.
Address client queries, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with export documentation.
Stay updated on market trends and client needs.
*Qualifications & Skills*:
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of international trade and export processes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
