KAM / Business Development Manager - Heavy Industry

Role Overview: You will be responsible for expanding market penetration in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry for the assigned region or customers. Your main focus will be to identify new customers and opportunities within the region, while growing the business and reinforcing the Solenis brand. Your role involves leading the creation and implementation of sales initiatives in alignment with the Corporate Accounts team growth strategy to expand market share. Additionally, you will drive new product introductions as a key component of the new customer acquisition strategy. Developing market intelligence and providing feedback to marketing and technology teams, as well as fostering relationships with key executives and strategic customers will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business development strategies and create annual business development plans for the relevant area to achieve required business objectives and revenue targets. - Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs. - Identify new market segments and opportunities for business development, assess returns on investment, and gain agreement for the necessary resources and actions. - Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years with a Masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.,
