Role Overview:

The Outlet Development Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning, and drive growth while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
• Drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor outlet performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree or experience in Hotel Management, Retail, or Food Outlet Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and operational excellence.
