Job Description

Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead our K-Swiss brand in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, with a deep understanding of the sportswear market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the Indian market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand alignment. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and performance. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the sportswear or retail industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and content marketing. Creative thinker with a passion for sports and fitness, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
