Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Junior WordPress Developer with hands-on experience (even through internships) and at least 1–2 live WordPress projects under their belt. If you love building beautiful, functional websites and want to grow in a fast-paced environment — this is for you!

Must‑Have SkillsStrong fundamentals in HTML5 and CSS3
Basic to intermediate JavaScript & jQuery
Familiarity with Core PHP (functions, loops, forms, error handling)
Hands-on experience in WordPress theme setup, child themes & plugin modifications
Knowledge of CRUD operations using MySQL (phpMyAdmin or CLI)
Nice‑to‑Have SkillsVersion control using Git/GitHub
Experience with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, etc.
Basic knowledge of WooCommerce
Key ResponsibilitiesConvert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress themes
Customize existing themes and plugins based on client/project needs
Write clean, reusable code in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security best practices
Debug and fix cross-browser and responsive layout issues
Collaborate with designers and developers; regularly commit work to Git
