About the Role: Junior Wellness Officer iLink Systems is looking for a well-rounded and motivated Junior Wellness Officer who will be in the role of a full-time Health & Wellness advisor and consultant for employees. This role would entail helping employees with their overall health and wellness goals. The ideal person would be providing support and suggestions to the employees who wish to undertake a range of activities to improve their health, and well-being and be able to advise on diet & lifestyle. Experience : 2-3 years Work Location : Chennai Gender: Male Qualifications : Bachelors degree in public health, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Health Promotion, Health Education, or a related field is preferred. Yoga certification would be good to have . Responsibilities Conduct wellness webinars and sessions for corporate employees. Conduct yoga and meditation sessions Provide consultation to employees for common health issues. Organize wellness challenges and health initiatives. Handle medical emergencies if any Collaborate effectively with the employee engagement team Be energetic, knowledgeable, and experienced in a corporate setting. Desired Skills Knowledge of health and wellness principles. Previous counselling experience in psychological well-being, stress, and anxiety is preferred Ability to do overall wellness programs but with more knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda A master’s degree is a great plus (though not mandatory) Good communication skills and proficiency in English is a must Person should be flexible to travel Preferred: Corporate wellness experience
