Junior Web QA/QC Executive DEPARTMENT: Web Development LOCATION: Onsite EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 Year (Web Development QA/QC) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Web QA/QC Executive to join our Web Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, identifying issues, and ensuring high-quality web project delivery. The role involves working closely with the development team to maintain high standards of website functionality, responsiveness, performance, and user experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify bugs, errors, or inconsistencies. Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing. Validate website responsiveness across multiple screen sizes. Check SEO fundamentals (meta tags, headers, alt tags, URLs). Use basic performance testing tools (Google Lighthouse, GTMetrix). Document test results and report bugs clearly to developers. Conduct pre-launch and post-launch quality checks. Maintain project-wise QA checklists and reports. Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers for smooth deliveries. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of experience in Web QA/QC or internship experience in web testing. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify preferred). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools. Experience using basic testing tools (BrowserStack, Lighthouse, GTMetrix). Strong attention to detail and ability to spot UI/UX inconsistencies. Basic knowledge of SEO structure is a plus.
