Junior web API developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Developer with a solid understanding of API integration and hands-on development experience. The selected candidate will work closely with our development teams on live projects, contributing to both front-end or back-end tasks, depending on the team’s requirement.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow under mentorship, and gain practical exposure to building scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into web applications
• Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to implement new features
• Debug, test, and resolve API-related or application issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment support
• Use tools like Postman to test and validate API endpoints

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on development experience
• Working knowledge of API integration, REST, and JSON
• Proficiency in either JavaScript (React) or PHP (CodeIgniter)
• Basic understanding of database operations (e.g., MySQL)
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
• Version control knowledge (Git or similar)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
