Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support tax filings (federal, state, and local).
• Collaborate with senior accountants to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with

  US GAAP and accounting standards

• Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12 years of accounting experience (MSP/IT services industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  US GAAP

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  ; QuickBooks/Xero experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
• CPA or pursuing CPA is a strong advantage.
