Junior Tele calling Executive (Training Role)

Location: Mohali, Sector 67
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Vacancies: 2 Positions

Training Duration: 6 Months

• First 3 Months: Unpaid Training
• Next 3 Months: ₹8,000/month Stipend
• Note:
• Selected candidates are required to bring their own laptop for the entire training duration.

• Qualification Required:

Any Graduate (Freshers)

Key Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet)
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confidence while speaking with clients/students over the phone
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain our programs/services
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call logs and follow-up records
• Support the team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
