Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert. The primary responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's presence in the talent market and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methodologies
• Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Experience with Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the organization's market visibility
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to support Hiring and team growth
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
