Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates. 2. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring. 3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide consultative recruitment support. 4. Maintain regular communication with internal teams and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes. 5. Conduct initial screening of resumes and assess candidates' fit for the role through telephonic or video interviews. 6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and follow up on feedback. 7. Draft offer letters and negotiate salary terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with internal compensation structures. 8. Ensure the timely release of offers and follow-up for acceptance and joining. 9. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and dashboards. 10. Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for leadership review.
