About the job: Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter with knowledge of US IT Industry and Education System, to support our client needs. Key responsibilities: 1. Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients. 2. Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates, trainees, H1B, OPT or GC candidates. 3. Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants. 4. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame. 5. Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information. 6. Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds. 7. Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. 8. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. 9. Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references. 10. coordination with internal accounting team and for time-sheets, etc. 11. Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 1. A Bonus of IT Technical Writing skills. 2. Assessment of IT technical and soft skills sets. 3. Excellent communication skills. (ENGLISH Must) 4. Must be a quick learner and team player. 5. Up-to-date with the latest technologies. 6. Should be willing to work in the US working shift Other details: 1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience as US IT Bench sales 2. Location: Vadodara (Gujarat) 3. Timings: 06:00/06:30 PM to 03:30/04:00 AM.(we follow US shift) 4.
