Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications.
Support routine backups, system security checks, and antivirus management.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of configurations and incidents.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior administrators or vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and IT security basics.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
