Junior System Administrator

As a Jr. System Administrator joining our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our internal systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment. - Providing first-level support to internal teams for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and printers. - Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults. - Maintaining system performance through routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches. - Assisting in maintaining backup systems and disaster recovery plans. - Managing user accounts (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.). - Documenting systems and processes. Key Skills Required: - Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration. - Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). - Understanding of system security and data backup/recovery. - Ability to install and configure hardware/software. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
